We have visited Dubai many times and this was the first time we didn’t stay in a hotel resort because we wanted something less busy but still in the area of the Marina/ JBR. Firstly, from the first point of contact with the host, we had been given great customer service and communication. They reassured us and made sure we had all the information we needed and payment was made easy. We arrived in the evening and everything was ready for us, we had all demo pictures and videos of how to enter the apartment and when we entered we were blown away with the cleanliness of everything. The apartment was well equipped with everything from towels and toilet roll, down to washing up liquid and sponges. There were air fresheners, extra blankets and even wireless chargers. We were greeted the following day and everything was great. The views from the balcony were beautiful and the location was incredible. The pool and gym were modern and clean. The pool was always warm and the hot tub even better with the jets. There were plenty of day beds and everyone was very friendly. I would highly recommend this apartment, we will definitely be back!.
